White Conferences
Tv Series
A Fictional Period Drama Series
“White Conferences” is a historically-inspired TV series set in the Ottoman period of the 19th century, which tells the story of Zinnur and Nuriye, sisters from Istanbul who, despite their French origins, have become Islamized; their escape from the borders of the empire, influenced by the women's rights movement that rose with the Constitutional Monarchy; and their feminist consciousness that develops despite their traumatic experiences in Western countries.

Meramet
Documentary
Meramet is a research-based multimedia art project that explores the layered memory and narratives of the Bosphorus, weaving together the two shores of Istanbul through ethnographic inquiry.
Focusing on personal and collective values, Meramet seeks to mend emotional and cultural fractures within society—restoring memory, recalling what’s been forgotten, and offering a sense of continuity. Through artistic works that draw from multiple disciplines and methodologies, it creates not only a platform for creative expression but also a living, social space of reflection and resilience.
Reviving past emotions and shared experiences, Meramet invites us into new narratives—rooted in community, repair, and the universal need to feel part of something greater than ourselves.
